We will replace or refund you for any incorrect orders or product that is defective or damaged.
We ask the customer to return the incorrect product or unfinished portion of the defective or
damaged product in its original bottle for replacement, with proof of purchase. By law, we
cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked or defective. We are
also unable to accept the return of product that was damaged due to adverse weather
conditions during shipment, or product that is ordered in error. Once the product is received, if
the original shipment was damaged or defective you will receive a full refund, including shipping
and handling charges. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all cancelled or undeliverable
orders. Any orders in which the delivery driver was not able to deliver the product will be considered undeliverable, this includes: but is not limited to an incorrect address, no answer at the given address, refusal of service due to not being able to produce 2 pieces of ID or being intoxicated.
